When replacing the 1310 controller with new, you must submit the internal serial number of the new controller to the engineer so they can send you a passcode that sets up the controller with the options sold with the lift. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can tell you to do to turn on the options. Will need to get dealer involved. Thanks.
