Hello, everyone.

I am currently servicing a Hyster Matrix R1.4 truck, which has a damaged MHYRIO FLASH, and the owner of the machine has a MHYRIO CB, when I install it into the machine the system seems to recognize the board as the module #9, but when i connect the zapi console to the controller it does no seem to catch the mini lever values through the CAN BUS and show the alarm CAN BUS KO.

The system originally has the following controller boards:
- ZAPI AC2 Inverter as traction controller.
- ZAPI AC2 Inverter as pump controller.
- ZAPI EPS AC as steer controller.
- CAN I-O board for passing all user control signals through the CAN-BUS.
- A ZAPI SICOS Display.
- And finally, (the damaged one) MHYRIO FLASH.

I also used a can analyzer looking for all the user controls, and found everything except for the mini levers, I already checked the following:

- All the wires for the can bus are ok, including termination resistors.
- I can get from other controllers to the MHYRIO CB using the SET MODEL function of the zapi console and viceversa (I can travel from the MHYRIO to the other nodes).
- I have checked the voltage levels of the can bus with an oscilloscope.

I want to know if it is necessary to get the MHYRIO FLASH, or if could be any way of adapting the MHYRIO CB to this machine?

Please help and thanks in advance!
