Hi all, My little truck is poorly SN 557729AT - diesel mechanic so not used to Elecy forklifts but fine fault finding wth some pointers. Does about 4hrs a week. Codes 59, 104, 231, 134, 211, 125. I would say 231 and 125 are the most common although 125 will be older. About 6 months ago i put new graphite bushes in the Ametek steer potetiometer on the back of the wheel. Steers fine but lost the calibration for steer position. Drives very slowly in fnr and a bit juddery. Hydraulics work fine unless I go too fast and it puts up a safety stop and and code. checked continuety and bypassed the left hand saftey pedal micro switch - no difference. An aquantence has suggested the A5 card. 1) where is this? is visual damage often evident? 2) can these be checked and repaired? Anyone got recommendation on someone to check/repair/replace cards if this is at fault? North Notts Uk. Many thanks
