I have lost the steering on an FG20 Tailift. I replace the steering gear box but still have no steering. The forks will raise with a load and the wheels will turn when the FL is on stands, but the wheels will not turn either direction when the unit is sitting on its own weight. I suspect the problem is internal to the actuator now. I have ordered a o ring kit for the actuator. Are the end caps clockwise and any recommendation as to how to remove the end caps before I apply gorilla force.
