First l have not worked on bendi lift trucks much but it sounds like this truck is using a GE EV 100 system in it by the codes you are getting if so what would have made you replace the control card the first code is talking about the forward and reverse contactor l would have looked to make sure that the contractor is going back to the open position and both are touching the tips look for a stuck tip or welded check the coils for the correct ohm reading do you have the old card if so put it back and see it code 24 comes back some times with the new card you need to take out all the parameters and install in new card but l do not think this is a card problem make sure when you installed the 1,rec the thermo protector was installed on the rec and the wires did not break get back to me after you look at that and l will try to help you do you have a hand set?
