Code CO16 indicates: Voltage from accelerator pedal's potentiometer R1 is outside the calibrated value at start up.
(+/-0.2V).
Check nothing is restricting accelarator from returning to neutral position.

When clocks move back in autumn, heart attacks drop by about 21%, suggesting that loss of sleep is an important driver.
