Engine will not run unless you hold the ignition switch in the start position. I disconnected the excitor wire from the starter and used a remote start switch, the engine will run as long as the ignition switch is in the start position. I have 12 volts to the coil and distributor with key on. I have 12 volts to the lp converter as long as the switch is in start position. Could this possibly be a shutdown system failing?
