You need to get an engineer to look at the machine and plug a laptop into it using either paradig software or LSG you need this so you can find the error codes currently active on the machine. You will never repair this machine without being able to do this as the display can only show one error which it is. The error it shows that you listed below will stop the machine from lifting but will not stop it from driving so you must have other active errors too.
Your truck is BPS2. I will say this again and I'm being serious here if you have not been trained to service and repair Linde or any other Vna machines you should not be trying to repair it.
Without an engineer with a laptop to plug into the machine you will not be able to get it working
