I was able to move a couple wires around on the relays and get the ecm to come on and the lights to come on. Still get the 02 code. Think I will replace the relays and go from there.

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
