Dealt with the same issue today, found out it was the **** (switch handle) for the emergency disconnect. The **** (switch handle) was tight at the top of the shaft but when that shaft unscrews at the base it causes a misalignment that doesn't allow the contactor to come in all the way. Pulled the cover off the contactor and tightened that shaft up and truck is working fine now
