I am not sure how the Crown factory will handle your situation. Crown techs have laptops with software and cables but the software needs to be relicensed every 6 months or it expires.

You should call the Crown factory in Ohio and talk to them. 419-629-2311.

I would caution anyone who decides to buy a lift truck in an area where there is little or no access to any type of field service. There are just too many things that can go wrong that only a trained Crown service tech can repair. I wish you the best in getting your software updated.
