Older forklift, running on gasoline. The rig starts up easily when cold and runs well enough until it gets warm. Then it is a handful. Solution now is to bully it with lots of gas pedal. It does not get used a lot, and predecessors here were not concerned about getting it running well.

The carb was replaced in the hope of fixing it, but not so much. I took a quick look at vacuum lines and will take a closer looksee.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
