Thanks guys! I stripped down the regulator, cleaned it all up. Replaced the gaskets, diaphrams and secondary lever. Leveled the Secondary lever, And put it back together and now its like new!! Cold engine fired up v quickly and idled perfectly. Turned gas on full and turned off the engine and it fired back up straight away no problem. Idles loads smoother too. Great advice, thank you!

Fact of the week
The word "okay" (or its abbreviation "OK") originated as a humorous misspelling. In the 1830s, a fad in Boston involved using abbreviations of intentionally misspelled phrases. "OK" stood for "oll korrect," a playful mispronunciation of "all correct".
