I have come across success stories for battery regeneration (due to sulfation) from a company called Battery Gurus www.battery-gurus.com which is worth checking out
We have used the product on an almost dead battery (nothing to loose) and found after treatment the unit was restored back to reasonable capacity......I do agree replace is best...but restoration is cheaper and worth a go in my opinion
