Everybody pay attention:

On Page 7, post dated April 7 2020 (remember the April promise) Exalt said:

"The truck will be released in the fourth quarter and people will be able to see it,"

Did you hear that?......RELEASED

Fast forward to September 26, 2020 where Exalt said:

"We have said there will be an announcement in this quarter which we are sticking to, there will be an announcement this quarter that will explain our product."

Did you hear that?.....We have gone from RELEASED to an ANNOUNCEMENT

Did I mention the April Promise?

Que the explanations with a bunch of garbage that WON'T explain the change along with some dribble about Hyster, Clark, IC Engines, Lithium Batteries, etc etc etc.
