As for Hyster / yale i don't know any body their and have never appraoched them about anything. I do research on all companies that will be competitors to our products, these include Kalmar Kone Cranes, Hyster, Sany, Heli, Hangcha, KION, Toyota really any company that has forklift over 10,000kg. In this reaserch i do come across some very interesting points like what Hyster Yale are planning to do NUVERA this is open knowledge as its in their investor presentaion. I also know from our own people that hydrogen fuel cells won't be economically viable due to high cost and other problems accoisiated with hydrogen. I also understand the value of a company and really $100million + for Maximal in China is around $80 Million to high. Hyster Yale paid way to much money for a bankrupt company. I also understand the Hyster deal with Tractors of India that are taking sales away from Hyster and will be part of the reason Nijmegen will close with in the next 24 month.

As for the technology and service engineers, all the work on the modulars would be carried out in a service centre under factory conditions allowing the service techs to be able to work on the modular with or with out a laptop it will be their own choice and preferance.

Fact of the week
Brothers Adolf ("Adi") and Rudolf ("Rudi") Dassler split their shoe company after WWII due to a bitter feud, and established the rival companies of Adidas and Puma. Their personal animosity and business rivalry divided their German hometown Herzogenaurach. The town became known as "the town of bent necks" due to the intense loyalty to each brand.
