our truck has been able to change the principle of the design, we are able to be lighter and smaller than a standard IC truck allowing for better L/C and better driverbillity.
Clark really has nothing at all to do with our company. the point i was making about Clark is their original design that still stands today in all OEM's product of IC forklifts.
Thow from what i understand Clark in the late 60's early 70's were said to be the leading manufacture in North America, this might have been the case like i said this is just my understanding. Then Toyota came a long and over took Clark.
at the moment Hyster Kalmar, Kone Cranes, Sany would be classed as the top four forklift manufacture of trucks over 10,000kg. this might not be in the right order but if you were to ask what are the top four OEM's over 10,000kg these are the companies who will come up. Toyota might overtake one of these in the next couple of years but as of today these are what would be classed as the top four.
Like Toyota did to Clark in the mid 70's and 80's being top one day doesn't mean you will be top in the future.
