They decided to put a time delay on the engine start due to starter failures. Depending on the serial number, the module is either mounted next to the ignition coil or under the air cleaner. I know you can jump out the delay to make sure this is not your problem. You jump pins 1 and 2, then 3 to 5. This will open the solenoid for fuel and give the coil direct power. Should your lift start, need a need time delay module. If not possible broken wire and bad connection. Make sure all grounds are good and clean.
