Serial number is B875B10358E. it has an aisan regulator on it and I'm not seeing a fuel filter on it anywhere unless it has one inside of the regulator. It starts fine if I give it a shot of starting fluid , then runs but sometimes it's a little low on power when you first hit the pedal.
