Recently acquired Clark TMG 20 electric that sat inside for 2 years and outside for 2 years. Successfully charged up the batteries that were new 4 years ago, but only showed 9-10 volts for a 36V system. Forklift moves in forward/reverse, lights work, no fork functions however. Cleaned wire connections & blades at motherboard. No joy. Hydraulic pump motor is not turning on when fork levers are actuated. Where should I start?
