1 week ago, the battery was replaced. Called back for a "no start" again. Jumped it to start and charging volts were 9.3v...rev the engine and voltage actually dropped to 8.1v. Ordered and installed an alternator. Battery showed 0v. Went to jump start and got a huge arc on the cable. Cables got warm and no power to key. Took the positive cable off and the battery volts started to climb. Put the cable back on and it dropped to zero volts again. What is going on?
