Im hoping someone can help. I have a FG15 Mitsubishi LP forklift that has a hard time starting. It starts great with a.5 sec press of starting fluid. I was playing around with it today and noticed that the old regulator was a.2wc spring and the new replacement was a.08wc. I swapped the springs to see if it would help but it didnt. I put my hand over the air intake and cranked it for a full choke and it starts.

Im trying to figure out my problem. It seems like there is too much air (needing choke to start) or not enough fuel. The power screw is about 2 turns out. I have the engine idle set a little high because it likes to try and stall while its cold.

Any suggestions?
