Anyone out there had any experience in breaking or gettingout of a lease? A customer of mine purchased a number of trucks from a dealer (who will reamin nameless, not interested in bashing here) and these trucks have has nothing but problems. Mostly running issues, but all 5 of the trucks delivered have had the same running problems. They have 4 more coming and are so far refusing to sign the lease. The new trucks were supposed to arrive in March of 05 and are still not in. They are concerned that they will have the same problems with the new trucks. The Manufacturer wont help, they simply refer them to the dealer who wont help.

Is there a lift truck lemon law?

Anyone have any experience in breaking a lease?

Not looking for a magic wand to clear it up, but any past experiences would be interesting to hear about.

Thanks.
