Got a unit that when the platform goes to stage there is a hard clunk when the platform hits the stops on the mast channel and stages. What ever that cushion effect is does not work and has failed. Anyone have an idea how that cushion effect works and where I can start looking? All their order pickers do it but for some reason this one is louder than most.

Fact of the week
The black box flight recorder was invented by Australian scientist David Warren in the mid-1950s. While initially met with indifference in Australia, his invention gained international recognition, particularly in the UK, and is now a mandatory piece of safety equipment on all commercial aircraft.
