narrowaisle flexi g1

hello
we have a narrowaisle flexi g1 , the truck has a two stage drive contactor ,normal power and high power, the high power side will not kick in when demanded from the throttle ,if the contactor is manually operated the truck works fine , we changed the contactor and we still have the same problem , any info, pointers on this issue would be great.
