Hey thanks for the advice. I got into a little more this morning and figured out what was wrong. I had a loose connection on the forward contactor for the D1 side of the traction motor. The connection was loose to the point that it was arcing and actually welded the bolt to the terminal lug.

Also I had the power cables swapped. 8-/... I have my blonde moments at times,,,I overlooked this when I put it back together after installing the new IGBT Module I guess. Weird thing is that it ran fine and I didn't notice the hard plug when testing it before putting it back on the floor for use.
