I recently replaced the seals in the power steering cylinder. Everything was great and dry for a few weeks. Suddenly a puddle is forming again under the same weep hole in the end of the steering cylinder as before. Is there a pressure relief valve in the steering pump that may have failed and is over pressurizing the spool in the cylinder?
