o wait a second

i had this happen in a crown reach truck once that another dealer was trying to fix (unsuccessfully) and i got called in on it
GE has several options when you order a card that the letters at the end of the part number indicate including with or without BDI use
this guy had the same issue
BDI always read dead and it would implement the lift cutout at times

you said you have a "NH" card?
i only have the EVT100ZX book (IGBT) but it looks like you may have the EVT100LX
double check that
if the cards part number is actually "HN" then its EVT100ZX and you have the wrong card fitted
for the EVT100ZX with BDI should have a card lettered "HB"

im not sure if NH for the EVT100LX is for use with a BDI or not
but it looks like its an existing part number

go to FSIP dot BIZ
theyre nice ppl they may help you ID the card to make sure its correct for your application if you call them or email them (eastern time GMT+ 5)
