Dear guys. I have a problem with a Forklift. This is a Mitsubishi FG25N , only LPG version. The problem is the following. The engine is cranking, but there is no spark on the spark plugs and no power on the LPG main valve. This is what I know and what I measured: There is 12V power supply on the ECU. On the ignition coils, there are the power supply, I think that the signal is missing for the timing. I checked the crankshaft and the camsaft sensor. They are working. When I try to start the engine, on the instrument panel I can see the working hours. When I stop it, it desapear. NO ERROR CODE. I have tried to figure out what can be the problem. I searched it on the wiring diagram. This is my opinion: From the ECU, there has to be 4 signal wire what go to the ignition coils. The cables are OK to there, no broken cable. Through those cabels the ecu has to give signals to the coils when to spark. I think that those signals are missing. I don't know why. I think, that for the timing, the ECU just need to recive the crankshaft sensor signal, but on the wiring diagramm, I saw an other part, what I dont know where can I find. There Is a "LOOP FOR THE IGNITION TIMING" Does anybody know wat is it? Maybe this is the problem. The LOOP is not working, that is why the computer doesn't give any signal to spark, and there is no signal to the main LPG valve also. Both system has separated outputs from the computer. I Am sure that some signal is missing, that is why there are no output signals on those pins. Any Idea what to check, or is there any Idea how is the ignition system working? What is that LOOP what is on the wiring diagramm?
