Swoop is absolutely correct. IF this "wonder truck" ever makes it to the light of day it won't make the huge splash that exalt has been claiming it will. The fact that you want to start by limiting it to rentals in the UAE alone will prevent that. The Chinese aren't going to run out and duplicate it right away, they only put the tape measure to things that have been around for a while.

The modular concept is not a new idea by any means and it has been tried before. If it was a game changer, you would see it being used by the manufacturers who have been producing trucks for quite some time.

In the end, IF this truck is ever produced and is as fascinating as you say, the big OEMs won't have to copy your (or whoever's) design, they will simply incorporate the ideas using their own personnel and experience, and then beat you right out of the market.

We have been building trucks now for over 25 years. They are a new concept to the traditional warehouse truck, and we have sold several thousands of them. To this day, no big OEM has tried to duplicate them. You will learn the same.
