ChrisK seems to think I troll Hyster, in fact I don't what I see is a company that's in trouble and will soon face a perfect storm situation. There are three main reasons for this One Nijmegen, Nijmegen manufactures all Hyster big trucks and will not be Viable with in three to four years. The reason for this is in North America which is an important market for Nijmegen products the Toyota Hoist partnership will hit them hard and take away quite a lot of sales. Then there is Asia an developing market for Nijmegen Sany are doing very well in this market and will get stronger. Two Nuvera the hydrogen fuel cell company Hyster own, in 2018 Nuvera made an EBITDA loss of $ 35.2 million dollars this could be added to prefers losses of around the same if not more so you could be right in saying Nuvera so far has lost around $70 million, with the growth of ballard and plug power Nuvera will struggle to find customers for their hydrogen fuel cells especially with new technologies coming on line soon. Then thirdly the purchase of Maximal, now some might say Maximal was a good buy but at $100 million and around $10 million investment needed Maximal was a terrible purchase if they had paid around $30 million for maximal then it might have been a good buy but not at $110 million total investment.

Now when you add all these points together then you can see why I believe Hyster will be in trouble , For all the people who are saying he doesn't like Hyster you probably said I didn't like Linde heavy trucks when I said that they would close it and for Linde to say it was not closing it only to say it was a couple of months latter
