We are engineers but have never worked on a forklift. Any advice or direction would be greatly appreciated.

Note: if you have a user manual for sake, or would scan a few relate to pages, would also be appreciated.

FORKLIFT DETAILS:

RAYMOND Easi Reach-Fork Lift Truck
* Model: EASi R30TT
* SN: ES-B-95-02519
* User Manual P/N: PDMM-0080-01

This is a standup forklift which isn't used daily. Was working fine for years, then suddenly would not move. It will lift and reach, and it appears to have working hydraulics since the power steering seems to be functional.

Motor brushes appear good. We have never had any error codes. Who made sure that the battery was fully charged and still the unit will not move.
