I would be checking the brake pressure when the pedal is released.
on the back of the block where the pedals go there is a a hose marked BR, check the pressure when the pedal is up. It should be around 21 bar ish. If not I would say that is why you have no drive.
Sounds like you are trying to drive against the brakes
