Hello everyone, I am new to this forum and I am looking for advice or assistance with a Clark C35G forklift. I am currently employed by the central Texas veterans administration as a maintenance worker. We currently have a C35G that keeps sending off a code 69 and the display reads check engine/ engine error. I know if you press the accelerator 3 times it displays a code 12 and then any active code(s) (69) and then if you press the accelerator 10 times it clears the code. I looked online and can not find out what is a code 69 for this make or model. The unit seems to run fine with no codes for a prolong period of time at idle, but when you drive it after 10-15 minutes the code comes on and it goes into a limp home mode where the max speed is about 5mph. We are also wondering is there a diagnostic connector on the unit so a tech could possibly connect to the on board computer? Any advice or troubleshooting tips or procedures would be greatly appreciated thx.
