I have an MPB040-EN24T2748. I have replaced the batteries, and the charger. The charger's green light is illuminated (solid, not flashing). So it says the batteries are charged. But when I go to operate it by pulling the control arm down, I have nothing. The machine doesn't work. I checked the voltage, and all 4 batteries read around 7.25v. From the main power plug, the voltage reads 25.8v I checked all the connections and they are good. Can someone please help me figure out what could possibly be wrong. Thanks!
