fixnproblems I have a no start issue with a 14 code. 7FGU30 4Y ECS on LP. I found the electric govener behind the right step. One has 5 volts one is ground the other is around 5 volts. If I turn it down the volts will drop to 4.4 volts then goes to 0 but I still can turn it down. Thinking that this part is bad.......
