Report this forum post

Guys I am new to this forum but I am looking for all of the help I can get. We have had issues where our drivers have to get out of the forklifts to check dock locks and other things prior to loading a trailer. One of our other locations had a driver get hit by another forklift while he was attempting to get back into his forklift. I had the thought of installing a short range transmitter on the seat switch to broadcast to a receiver that would just turn on a light or something to let forklift drivers know that there is someone out of the cab closeby. Would anyone have a clue on how to do something like this?

Thanks for any and all advice.
