I have a Cummins QSB 3.3 In a H120FT that has low engine power and cant seem to find the problem. Fuel pressure is good new turbo and have swap just about everything I could from a sister lift. I have cummins insite but have not been able to get it to communicate at the cummins engine 3 pin triangle diagnostic plug on the engine harness. I am new to hooking into this plug but heard that any cummins has that plug to communicate insite on. I am using nexiq usb link and link 2. Anybody have any suggestions? or ran into this before?

Fact of the week
Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
