I totally agree with you Burt. Listening to what the B.H.L. boys were saying about the daft situation when they were the 'agents' for Advance floor equipment and all the totally unecessary messing about with what, quite frankly, should have been left to the people that just deal with cleaning equipment. They started to get roped in to all sorts of time wasting situations including...'' Can you repair my (240v mains powered) carpet cleaning equipment'' etc. It took years to get rid of all.............. ! The initial thinking was that a killing could be made with sales of cleaning fluids and brushes and so on, but the reallity was very different.
