Discussion:
Forklift Growth Prospects in Europe?

All, as a market researcher doing some prelim studies in analyzing the current state of Forklift for couple of manufacturers - I was wondering whether members here could provide me with some pointers around the following...

1. Forklift and Forklift mounted computer penetration in Germany, France, UK, Italy and other to determine market growth prospects?

2. Key factors which might drive demand for Forklift Mounted Computers?

3. Leading Forklift mounted computer manufacturers, forklift truck manufacturers and forklift fleet operators - according to your experience. A ton of reports are available but not sure of their veracity.

Appreciate your help and please let me know if you need any details. Thanks a lot guys!

Can not say for over in Europe but here in the USA they generally are used as part of the warehouse management system to put away stock, pick orders and relieve inventory. Most medium to large facilities use some type of computer or handheld scanner for these purposes.

Fact of the week
Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
