Discussion:
Vw engine, cranks but no spark and seems to be no fuel flow. lpg

I have a Vw engine linde fork lift, customer stated one day it died on them to never start again, it had sat for a year or 2 now and now they want it fixed. started off with replacing ignition system due to transformer had blue corrosion on spark side, replaced plugs, wires and transformer. still will not start. checked and verified voltage to power wire on transformer, verified ohms on pins 2, 3, 4 and 5. (does the brown ground wire just go to ground?) verified power to control module, checked all fuses and verified fuses are getting 12 volts. stumped on this unit. really thought replacing the corroded transformer would fix the concern but now it seems I may have other bad components or bad wiring somewhere keeping me from firing. all the wiring I have checked thus far seems to check out, only interesting thing i found that may be cause for concern is that I only seem to get.430v on the og/gy positive wire from pin 11 on connector on1. it also didnt seem like i was having any fuel flow. is there a specific parameter the control modules are looking for before they start fuel flow and ignition? im almost leading towards a module for this unit but am terrified to call one as i am newer to fixing forklifts, nevermind vw forklifts.

any help is much appreciated, thanks for your time.

Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
