They use sevcon controllers

As for where to get manuals? Your local taylor dealer i suppose ;o)
I did a search for taylor dealers and the closest ones i can find to you in texas is in tulsa and oklahoma city oklahoma. (HUGG & HALL EQUIPMENT) If i read that dealer list correctly.
