Release levers

When I start the forklift it's beeping and saying release levers I'm able to go up and down and side to side with my forks but I can't tilt them any ideas what's going on

Those switches often get misadjusted with use of truck. Make sure the switch of the function that us giving you issues is adjusted properly. If that doesn't fix it, then it has gone bad like TommyFrank04 said.

Most likely one of the switches at the bottom of the level is stuck in the closed position or went bad. I suggest thoses first.
