Relay BLOWING FREQUENTLY

I, HAVE A SC5245. In the distribution relay panel there is a relay is only relay in there. I am replacing this once a month is there a root cause to this? I can't find any reason besides a short some where in system which I cannot seem to find said short.

Is the problem with the it not energizing or is it burning the tips off inside and they are not making contact. If it is not energizing then could just be with key switch or wiring from it, but if it is tips could be anywhere in truck.
