HOW CAN I READ ERROR CODES WITHOUT SCANNER

all depends on what engine and ecu is in it
usually they will flash the code on the MIL light and light up the associated dash system light it is related to.
these lifts came with either the GM Vortec V6 4.3L or the TB45 engine
both are vastly different ;o)
got a full model number and serial number off the dataplate?
