REACH/TILT/SIDESHIFT PROBLEM

I AM HAVING TROUBLE GETTING THE REACH FUNCTION TO WORK. THE TILT FUNCTION WORKS WHEN THE SS BUTTON IS PUSHED. THE REACH FUNCTION SEEMS TO WANT TO WORK BUT ONLY MOVES BACK ABOUT A HALF INCH. I TRIED REPLACING THE RELAYS, NO HELP. I REPLACED THE O-RINGS ON THE VALVES AND IT MADE IT WORSE. ANYBODY KNOW THESE VALVES AND HOW THEY WORK TOGETHER?

I had a similar issue, chased it through and remember it being a problem in the over the mast cables going out to the hyd manifold on the carriage.
Hope that helps
