Hi Having lifting issues can hear the Pump activating but does not lift the forks at all. sounds like pump sounds like when you either max it out or gets to the top of the lift. I measured the voltage coming off of the Switches which measures around 36 going in and 32.5 coming out of both the up and down switches when activated. Any suggestions?
