Raymond 102t-f45l E151 and horn???

Anyone out there have issue with truck honking horn when trying to go forward then codes out E151. Wirng harness already replaced. Could faulty power commander do this? handle card replaced. Had wiring short on main harness. Any thoughts?

The reason why you had this fault is you got one of the power cables put in the wrong location on the curtis controller. If I remember correctly there is a power cable that has a bend that goes on the right terminal but got put in the center instead. I've seen this happend to a couple different people.

pulled out new harness and inspected it. May have pinched it during install under handle area. Reinstalled in truck and WTF it worked. Truck back up and running.

Its possible.. I've seen this code come up with everything from a crap battery to a main contactor that wasnt closing completely to a short in the handle harness that was shorting to another wire in that bound up loom mess. Per the manual it says E151 is CAN Bus Communication error. VM could not send CAN data to TA.. honestly CAN issues are a nightmare on these small trucks.
