Ram hydraulic cylinder measures Hyster 155XL2 - 2007

Please, I am looking for the internal diameter for the hydraulic ram cylinder on a Hyster 155XL2 year 2007.
The diameter or the cylinder's wall thickness would be equally usefull.
I need the information to configure and to calibrate an onboard scale system.
