Radiator Removal

Hey people, does anybody out there in forklift land have the step by step instructions on the radiator removal on this Hyster H90XMS with Cab. Any tricks I would need to know before I get started on this machine on Feb 23/10 to make it as painless as possible would be appreciated. Thank-you in advance.

i know the XLS...and its basically the same set up...

you gotta take off the doors, remove the whole hood to really open it up and make it easier because that rad is not light by any means...

you have to remove the whole fan drive assembly and of course disconnect all hoes and unmount and fish it out...you may want to have somone around when your ready to fish it out because as i said this is not a light or a small rad..
